Young red wine, fresh, with good acidity and alcoholic level, packaged four months after the end of fermentation, light and structured.
It combines the charm of a white wine with the body and definition of a red wine. It goes well with any type of food, from seafood to dessert.
Vintage 2018
It was an atypical year, varied climate, winter was mild, spring was hot and summer was very hot with cloudy days. There were numerous vigorous outbreaks. The flow of the Huaura river was abundant and it rained sporadically.
The wine
The harvest took place in March 2018, the brix was 23 degrees and Quebranta Grapes in very good conditions from El Rosario were used.
It is a young red wine, fresh, with good acidity and alcoholic level, packaged four months after the end of the fermentation, light and structured. It may leave sediment in the bottle.
SIt is recommended to drink it cold, between 10° y 12° C.

Given the temperature increase during the fermentation process, it reached 14.9% vol. At the end it leaves a slight sweet taste in the mouth, typical from the quebranta grapes.
It is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place. Avoid sunlight.
